Once your appointment is scheduled—whether in person, by phone, or through a virtual visit—you will receive access to our online intake forms and any additional documents needed prior to your visit.

During your appointment, you can expect a comfortable and welcoming environment. Dr. Freeze will use her comprehensive medical investigative approach to thoroughly evaluate your health and work toward identifying the root cause of your condition.

To investigate the root cause of disease, Dr. Freeze may utilize a variety of strategies. They can range from simple blood testing to more advanced testing for infection, inflammation and toxins. Based on the results, Dr. Freeze will determine a comprehensive treatment plan customized for you.

Please note that, due to Arizona regulations, naturopathic medical services are not typically covered by insurance, and our practice operates on a cash-pay basis. However, there are certain companies and employee health spending programs that will cover some services such as blood labs and appointments. Please check with your insurance provider or employer health program for up to date information.
